Maha El Gazzar is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach living in Dubai, UAE. Through her online nutrition programs, Maha consults and motivates clients on how to nurture a healthy relationship with their food and body, while navigating their environmental stressors. Because she recognizes that being healthy involves more than just a good diet.
Maha focuses on non-dietary aspects of a person’s life, in order to improve clients’ overall wellbeing. Whether the goal is to lose weight or to be healthy, her scientifically-backed programs adopt a wholesome, sustainable diet that leads clients to continued improvements and results. Maha is also a tutor at the Dubai ETA Campus, giving lectures on the principles of nutrition and fitness testing.
