Is a monthly progressive program, each month building on the next. 4x 45min-1hr strength workouts
Minimum 2 month commitment
Is a 6 week, 3x a week Pull Up Specific program. This is the perfect program for the woman who really wants to get that first pullup. Use this as your main training program or in addition to your normal training schedule.
COUCH TO SHERO
Is an 6 week introductory program, to help you get started and confident from the comfort of your own home. If you have never trained before, or are coming back from a long break or injury - this is a good place to start.
PEACH AND ABS
Is a 6 week, 3x a week glute focused program. You will learn movements that REALLY grow glutes,
while also building strong supporting muscles of
the core to ensure you remain injury free.
