Strength bands are used in a variety of ways, to mobilize, to activate, to stretch and to make movements more intense (accommodating resistance). These are a great addition to our training programs, many of the workouts show banded variations to make your at home training more challenging.
The combo includes:
1 x Red Strength Band
Strength: 20-40 lbs
Use: The Red Strength band is generally used for upper body exercise, warm ups and muscle activation.
1 x Black Strength Band
Strength: 30-50 lbs
Use: The Black Strength band is generally used for upper body exercise, warm ups and stretches.
1 x Purple Strength Band
Strength: 40-60 lbs
Use: The Purple Strength band is generally used for upper body exercises and stretches.
1 x Green Strength Band
Strength: 60-80 lbs
Use: The Green Strength band is generally used for lower body exercise, warm ups and stretches.
*Resistence is dependant on the distance the band is stretched, the above mentioned is an average, due to the high quality of our bands you may get an extra 20-30 lbs of resistence in certain cases.
