WHAT IS THE SHERO LIFE?

The Shero Life is a holistic fitness community for women.  Our Moto is to help 'Strong Women Empower Women' to live their best life with coaching in Health, Fitness & Lifestyle.

We provide in person and online training options, as well as educational and networking events.

  • WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING IS IT?
Shero Training is progressive strength training using scientifically proven, evidence based techniques that takes into account the different needs of you as woman, and the demands on your life.
  • IS IT WOMENS ONLY TRAINING?
Yes! Shero Life is a women's only community. We created it this way to give women a safe space to fully express themselves physically and emotionally. Many women have had traumatising experiences in the gym, we aspire to make all women feel safe and confident to train.
  • HOW IS SHERO TRAINING DIFFERENT?
We teach Interoception (the sense of signals from inside your body) as the foundation for making informed training choices. This means you will learn to listen to your body's needs throughout a training session, as well as learning correct technical form, what muscles you should feel and how to progress movements to achieve long term results. Our goal is that after training with us you no longer need a coach to be successful in the gym - because you are confident in your knowledge, your body and your capabilities! Our coaching system educates and supports recovery, stress management and awareness of your body needs in all areas of life as these are foundational to long term health and fitness.
  • WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO JOIN TRAINING? WHAT IS THE LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT?
Before joining training you will complete a private 1 on 1 movement and lifestyle assessment. This two hour assessment is personal and detailed to ensure we discover your goals and challenges. We provide this service free, its full value if over 500dhs. Based on the results of your Assessment you will be prescribed a personalised training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching plan. Training plans can vary between 3 - 12 months to begin depending on your starting point, and the goals you define.
  • HOW DOES THE TRANSFORM IN-PERSON TRAINING WORK?
The training is provided in a small group of no more than 8 women per session. You will do 3 x strength workouts per week - on Monday, Wednesday and Friday we have morning and evening timings to fit with most people’s routines. Plus 1 conditioning workout on Saturday morning. It is on going small group training, meaning the group you train with may train with you for many months each working toward their own specific goals. You will have access to our private coaching app to track your progress and follow the program incase of travel.
  • HOW DO YOU PROVIDE ACCOUNTABILITY OUTSIDE THE GYM?
We understand that results come not just from training, but also the 23 hours you aren't in the gym. Every week our clients are required to complete an online check in form. This form asks for feedback on all the lifestyle habits your coaches are monitoring, and what challenges you are having with compliance. Based on your form, coaches provide feedback to support you each week. Additionally there are weekly 30 min coaching calls that are required for all clients to attend, calls provide detailed information to support everything outside of training to get you results. Knowledge is power, so we aim to educate you to fully support yourself physically, mentally, spiritually - long term.
  • CAN BEGINNERS DO THE TRAINING?
YES! The training will meet you where you are. No matter your experience level, the training will be adapted to your ability and needs. Our coaches have many years of experience working with all types of women, from complete beginners, rehab clients and many different medical conditions. If you are unsure, book your lifestyle assessment to meet our coaches in person and see if you are a good fit for our program.
  • I HAVE INJURIES AND DON'T KNOW IF I CAN TRAIN?
Before joining our training, all clients will do a full movement screen. This enables our coaches to see any limitations and be able to recommend the perfect options for you. Our coaches are experienced with rehab and pain management, and due to the small group setting and personal environment are able to adapt to your needs.
